La Pizza & La Pasta is the restaurant at the center of Eataly Los Angeles — 67,000 square feet of Italian food culture in the Westfield Century City mall. Everything that surrounds it — the pasta makers, the mozzarella counter, the salumeria, the enoteca — feeds into the restaurant's kitchen and philosophy.
The pizza is certified Neapolitan, fired in a Ferrara wood-burning oven. The pasta is made in-house each morning. The wine list is exclusively Italian, organized by region. This is Italian food made to the standard it deserves.
